Appetizer Tortilla Pinwheels

Appetizers, Pickles and Miscellaneous Foods

Filling:

• 8 oz Sour cream
• 4 oz can Diced green chilies
• 1C. grated Cheddar Cheese 8 oz Cream cheese
• 4 oz can Chopped black olive, drained
• 1/2 C chopped Onion
• Garlic powers and seasons salt to taste
• 5-10” flour tortillas
• Salsa

Mix all of the filling ingredients together thoroughly.

Divide the filling evenly and spread over the Tortillas. Roll together.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours.

Unwrap, cut in 1/ thick slices. Arrange wheels flat serving plate, garnish with parsley leaving bowl of salsa.

Note: Put tortillas in microwave first according to instruction on package.
