Cranberry Shiver * 12 oz Fresh/Frozen Cranberries, * 3 C. water divided * 1-3/4 Sugar * 1/4 C. Lemon juice * 1 tsp. grated orange peel Boil cranberries and 2 C. water, simmer 5 min. Press through strainer – remove and discard skins Add sugar, lemon juice to orange peel and remaining water. Mix well. Pour into 8”X8” pan and freeze for about 1-1/2 hours covered and then stir, freeze until mushy *30 minutes then freeze in freezer container. Remove 20 min. before serving.
